Summer’s calling and these tropical homemade juices are here to answer 🍍 These fruity blends packed with mango, pineapple, coconut water and more will make every sip feel like a mini getaway! No passport, sandals, or jet lag required.

🍍🥥Pineapple & Coconut Cooler
Sunshine, hydration, and a tropical hug. ☀️🥥
Ingredients:
165g fresh pineapple chunks
240ml coconut water
Juice of ½ a lime
A few ice cubes
Optional: Mint leaves for garnish
😎Fun Fact: Pineapple is rich in bromelain and coconut water is packed with electrolytes.
🥭🍊 Mango, Orange & Passionfruit Punch
A zesty burst of tropical sunshine! 🌞🍹
Ingredients:
1 ripe mango, peeled and chopped
Juice of 2 oranges
1 passionfruit (scoop out seeds)
120ml water or coconut water to loosen
😎Fun fact: Mangoes are packed with vitamin C and antioxidants, while passionfruit is high in fibre.
🥥🥒 Coconut, Cucumber & Mint Refresher

Ingredients:
240ml coconut water
½ cucumber, peeled
A handful of fresh mint
Juice of ½ lime
Optional: A drizzle of honey

Ingredients:
1 ripe peach or nectarine
120ml pineapple chunks
½ inch knob of fresh ginger
120ml water or coconut water
😎Fun fact: Ginger is great for digestion and reducing inflammation, while peaches are low in calories and packed with vitamin A.
🍉🍋🟩 Watermelon & Lime Splash
Cool, crisp, and wildly refreshing. 🍉
Ingredients:
300g chopped watermelon
Juice of 1 lime
A few fresh mint leaves
A handful of ice

Ingredients:
150g (approx. 1 cup) fresh strawberries, hulled
100g (approx. ¾ cup) pitted cherries (fresh or frozen)
Juice of ½ lemon
100ml cold water or coconut water
Ice to serve
