Summer’s calling and these tropical homemade juices are here to answer 🍍 These fruity blends packed with mango, pineapple, coconut water and more will make every sip feel like a mini getaway! No passport, sandals, or jet lag required.

🍍🥥Pineapple & Coconut Cooler

Sunshine, hydration, and a tropical hug. ☀️🥥


Ingredients:

  • 165g fresh pineapple chunks

  • 240ml coconut water

  • Juice of ½ a lime

  • A few ice cubes

  • Optional: Mint leaves for garnish

😎Fun Fact: Pineapple is rich in bromelain and coconut water is packed with electrolytes.


🥭🍊 Mango, Orange & Passionfruit Punch

A zesty burst of tropical sunshine! 🌞🍹


Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe mango, peeled and chopped

  • Juice of 2 oranges

  • 1 passionfruit (scoop out seeds)

  • 120ml water or coconut water to loosen

😎Fun fact: Mangoes are packed with vitamin C and antioxidants, while passionfruit is high in fibre.


🥥🥒 Coconut, Cucumber & Mint Refresher

Fresh, cool, and totally revitalising! 🌿


Ingredients:

  • 240ml coconut water

  • ½ cucumber, peeled

  • A handful of fresh mint

  • Juice of ½ lime

  • Optional: A drizzle of honey

😎Fun fact: Cucumber is 95% water and refreshing, while mint is known to soothe digestion and cool you down.


🍑🍍🫚 Peach, Pineapple & Ginger Glow-Up

Where sweet meets spicy. ✨🌶️


Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe peach or nectarine

  • 120ml pineapple chunks

  • ½ inch knob of fresh ginger

  • 120ml water or coconut water

😎Fun fact: Ginger is great for digestion and reducing inflammation, while peaches are low in calories and packed with vitamin A.


🍉🍋‍🟩 Watermelon & Lime Splash

Cool, crisp, and wildly refreshing. 🍉


Ingredients:

  • 300g chopped watermelon

  • Juice of 1 lime

  • A few fresh mint leaves

  • A handful of ice

😎Fun fact: Watermelon is made up of over 90% water and lime contains vitamin C.


🍒🍓 Cherry & Strawberry Cooler

Like a fruit sorbet in sippable form 🍹


Ingredients:

  • 150g (approx. 1 cup) fresh strawberries, hulled

  • 100g (approx. ¾ cup) pitted cherries (fresh or frozen)

  • Juice of ½ lemon

  • 100ml cold water or coconut water

  • Ice to serve

😎Fun Fact: Strawberries are rich in vitamin C and antioxidants and Cherries contain potassium.


🍹 Tips for Next-Level Juice Vibes

  • Freeze your fruit beforehand for extra chill with no need for ice

  • Use a blender and strain if you want it smoother (or keep it pulpy for fibre)

  • Pop your juice into a mason jar, add a paper umbrella and pretend you’re poolside 🌴

  • Want fizz? Top with sparkling water
